Company Policy

In case any product arrives with defects, contact us in up to 90 days (following art. 26 of the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code) so we can replace whatever is necessary. Send a photo of the product, receipt and package to confirm your purchase was made with us.

We do not reimburse products that have already been sent, we only replace defective pieces.

We only ship our products to Brazil. For international shipping, contact us directly.

The products will be sent within a week after the purchase was made. After that, the shipping time will be the one selected on the purchase.

The payment methods supported by our website are credit card, boleto bancário and pix.
